METRO is seeking to hire an experienced SCAT Dispatcher. This position will be responsible for general supervision in a Union environment and monitoring of SCAT and ADA transportation services at METRO. Duties will include, but are not limited to: dispatching, on the road supervision, monitoring driver OT, scheduling the work, and coordinating with other departments on road calls, accidents, and emergencies. The ideal candidate will possess 2-4 years of successful customer service job experience, supervision experience, ability to demonstrate strong computer skills, a clean, valid Ohio driver’s license, and a high school diploma or GED.
