For the duration of the Republican National Convention (RNC), the bus stop at 13th St. & Rockwell Ave. is the only downtown Cleveland stop all NCX buses will serve.
Passengers in downtown Cleveland will have to use Rockwell & 13th to board and exit NCX buses.
Inbound NCX buses will depart 13th & Rockwell and exit Cleveland. Outbound NCX buses will depart 13th & Rockwell, continue to the stop at the Wade Park VA Hospital, and then exit Cleveland.
Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (GCRTA) service to the east side of downtown will be available at Rockwell & 13th. Riders may take the free GCRTA B-Line Trolley to get from the west side of downtown to Rockwell & 13th.
The RNC is July 18 - 21.
In addition to the major detour, passengers should also expect significant delays.
